- Resort Relationships: Relationships with the on-site resort team are key for success in execution of your big day. I will stand by your side as we work through the planning process!

How does it work?
Consultation
A scheduled call will help us connect and find our ideal relationship. I want to make sure I am the right fit for you — and that truly, we vibe well! We will talk through your visions and dreams, and move from there!

Resort Selection
Once we start the small details of budget, dates and vision, I will send my recommended resorts.
After a resort is chosen, I will correspond with the resort’s onsite wedding coordinators to arrange your wedding date, ceremony time, and perfect ceremony/reception locations. I will act as a liaison between you and the resort for the entire process. While you will have to talk with the resort for wedding details, I am here to help make that process smooth!
Booking the group!
Travel Details
Communication is key. I am on your side through the planning process, and will assist in the best ways posible. We will have a live Google Doc for tracking bookings, and I will communicate all guest needs to you if applicable.
If you would like flight assistance, we can discuss as well.
My wedding packages will vary based on level of requested service. Destination Wedding Planning Services start at $1,000 USD.

I have serviced dozens of weddings, and only book up to 10 per calendar year – to ensure you are receiving the attention you deserve.
In addition, I will travel with your wedding group if requested. Please ask me if you would like to talk about my planning to travel costs!

I am Travelmation’s Lead Destination Wedding Coordinator. Through 2024, I have created a robust training guide for our agents, and continue to professionally develop their skills (and mine!). My Master Degree in Education matched with my travel expertise, makes this position a passion for me.
I have received robust wedding/group training and certification through Sandals Resorts, Posadas Resorts, Palace Resorts, AIC Hotel Group, and many forums such as Romance Travel Forum.
