How does it work?
Consultation
A scheduled call will help us connect and find our ideal relationship. I want to make sure I am the right fit for you — and that truly, we vibe well! We will talk through your visions and dreams, and move from there!
Please fill out my inquiry form, and I will be in touch!
Resort Selection
Once we start the small details of budget, dates and vision, I will send my recommended resorts.
After a resort is chosen, I will correspond with the resort’s onsite wedding coordinators to arrange your wedding date, ceremony time, and perfect ceremony/reception locations. I will act as a liaison between you and the resort for the entire process. While you will have to talk with the resort for wedding details, I am here to help make that process smooth!

Frequently Asked Questions
How many days should I plan for my destination wedding trip?
Most destination weddings last 3 to 5 nights. The ceremony and reception usually take place on day 2 or 3, which leaves time before and after for guest arrivals, welcome events, excursions, and relaxed time with friends and family. This timeframe gives everyone a chance to arrive, settle in, and enjoy the destination — which is a key part of the destination wedding experience.
Some couples now plan a full “wedding week” that turns the celebration into a true tropical destination wedding vacation. When setting your schedule, I help you balance your wedding vision with your guests’ travel time, budgets, and vacation flexibility so your destination wedding feels joyful and stress-free.
Who actually plans the destination wedding?
You make the final decisions, and I guide you through the destination wedding planning process from start to finish. As your destination wedding planner and travel specialist, I handle the logistics: resorts, venues, contracts, group travel, and guest reservations – while you focus on your vision and your celebration.
I also coordinate directly with destination wedding resorts, cruise lines, and on-site wedding coordinators to ensure your ceremony, reception, and guest experience are beautifully aligned.
How much does a typical destination wedding cost?
Most couples I work with invest around USD $10,000–$15,000 in their destination wedding ceremony and package. Destination wedding costs vary based on location, guest count, level of luxury, and the destination wedding package you choose.
All-inclusive destination wedding resorts and cruise lines often offer bundled packages that include the venue, décor, officiant, music, and basic reception elements – sometimes even complimentary with enough guest bookings.
How many guests usually attend a destination wedding?
Most destination weddings include 20 to 60 guests. Attendance depends on distance, destination wedding travel costs, and how accessible the destination is for guests.
On average, about 25–40% of invited guests attend a destination wedding. I help estimate attendance so room blocks and guest travel arrangements are handled smoothly.
How far in advance should I begin destination wedding planning?
Destination wedding planning ideally begins 12 to 18 months in advance. Popular beach destination weddings and luxury destination wedding resorts book quickly, especially for peak season dates.
How can I be sure I’m choosing the right destination?
Choosing the right destination wedding location means balancing your dream: whether that’s a beach destination wedding, tropical destination wedding, or luxury destination wedding, with what’s realistic for your guests’ travel needs and budgets.
As your destination wedding specialist, I research and recommend the best destinations and resorts based on your style, budget, and guest considerations.
How can I plan the ceremony without visiting first?
I work directly with destination wedding coordinators at resorts and cruise lines to plan your ceremony virtually, ensuring every detail is confirmed in advance.
What legal requirements should I know about?
Many couples choose a symbolic destination wedding ceremony and complete the legal paperwork at home to avoid complicated foreign marriage laws. For couples wanting a legally binding destination wedding abroad, I provide guidance on all required documentation.
How do my guests manage destination wedding travel?
I manage destination wedding guest travel, group rates, booking links, confirmations, and questions so your guests feel supported and you feel relaxed.
What if guests have different budgets or special needs?
I offer affordable destination wedding room options, flexible payment plans when available, and guidance on travel insurance so guests with different budgets and needs are comfortable and cared for.
What events should I plan besides the ceremony?
Many couples plan a welcome party, ceremony, reception, and farewell brunch, with optional destination wedding excursions or spa days added in.
What happens if something goes wrong?
As your destination wedding travel planner, I handle unexpected travel issues, weather concerns, or last-minute changes so you stay focused on your celebration. I can be contracted to be on site as well – easing your mind for all anxiety.
